My Approach
"Warm, engaging, kind and curious" is how I would describe myself.

I am an integral therapist and I tailor my approach according to your needs. My approach is simultaneously mindfulness-based, relational, trauma-informed and psychodynamically-oriented. I often incorporate other methodologies and approaches like IFS, gestalt therapy, somatic experiencing, Hakomi, CBT, EFT, DBT, as well as Jungian analysis.

You determine where you want to go, and I'll follow you. We work collaboratively in setting the path toward meeting the goals you set for yourself. I walk the path alongside you toward discovering your own answers for your particular circumstances.

Along the path you may find that you improve your relationship to yourself and others as well as develop healthy new skills and strategies for maneuvering around, over and through life's many obstacles so that you live life more presently and to the fullest.
